About the course
Bhakti yoga (yoga of loving devotion) is a yoga school all by itself.
This yoga course explores asana (movement), pranayama (breath), mantra (vocals) and dharana (focus) as well as relevant niyamas and yamas (inward and outward restraints) that draw on the ancient philosophy of bhakti. Drawn from the decolonised system of yoga and somatic practices we explore loving practices that tap in deeply to our heart chakra - to reconnect with our internal eternal flow of unconditional, devotional love, centring our bodies from a place of reverence and feel an embodied sense of self-compassion and self-respect.
Each video contains guidance for you to practice each flow along with me.

1 x 1hr DYNAMIC Vinyasa Flow
1 x 30 minute MEDITATION and PRANAYAMA
